The core team led a technology consulting company that we grew from a handful of passionate people to double digits year over year for over a decade. Like many small companies we started on spreadsheets and quickly outscaled what they could provide. We needed a system, but what we found was not forward looking and the data was always out of date and out of sync. We needed to build a system, because we wanted to be able to make decisions based on looking forward, not just on historical information.
